We have created a new long-term communication strategy for Heureka Group, Central and Eastern Europe’s leading shopping advisor. This new campaign introduces the “Goddess of Shopping” - a character who steps in at the crucial moment of hesitation during online purchases. She guides consumers to make informed decisions, verify the trustworthiness of e-shops through verified reviews, and compare prices across multiple retailers in one place. The aim was to break entrenched shopping habits and make Heureka the instinctive first stop on every purchase journey.
Beyond price comparison, the strategy positions, Heureka as an integral partner throughout the shopping process - from inspiration to the final checkout. The campaign was designed for universal appeal and scalability across markets even outside of Czech Republic, including Slovakia, Hungary, and Romania. By focusing on mobile-first experiences and multi-channel visibility, Heureka is setting a new standard for e-commerce platforms in the region with us.
